it's not really ice cream...even better because there's no melting!
this treat is made up of: an ice cream cone, cake batter mixed with frosting, candy melts, sprinkles and more sprinkles.
we've made an abundance of the cake cones for birthday parties and events, so if you're in need of a great party favor...this is our fave.
